You've Decided You Want A Painting that is unique to you. Awesome! Here's how it works...
1. Size
Commission prices are based largely on the size of the painting and how complex it is. The more complex, the longer it takes and the price is adjusted to include that.
What you need to do: If you have a known location you'd like to hang your piece, measure the space within that area. Make sure you leave enough room for a frame if you'd like one.
2. Refer to my previous works
If you already have a theme or focus in mind, let me know! Although I'm not a mind reader, I'll do my best to bring your ideas to life through my unique style.
If you don't have anything in mind and you're happy to just let me go for it, then that's fantastic too.
While you're looking through my previous works, decide on a colour palette .
What you need to do: Decide on what you'd like included in your painting. Decide on a colour palette and reference the painting(s) you like the colours in.
3. It's time to talk
Give me a call or send me a message and we can go through the details. I'll need to know your preferred size, content and colour scheme. It's also worth mentioning your budget for this project.
What happens next?
I'll come up with a basic sketch to show the content of your painting. At this time I'll be able to give you a more accurate quote. I'll also be able to let you know the timeline you can expect it to be completed.
I'm NOT a fast painter
I require a 50% down payment to begin. After the payment received , i can begin to sketch.
Once I have started your painting you will just have to trust me with it.
